Drive Business Growth as a Product and Technology Solution Delivery Manager

Citrix and TIBCO, now Cloud Software Group, is a leading cloud solution provider serving over 100 million users worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Product and Technology Solution Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Solution Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects and programs that underpin our business growth.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned manager with outstanding technical, program, and people management proficiencies. Your expertise in project oversight, program execution, and modern software product development will help shape our work methodologies to foster innovation and deliver value faster. With leadership, oversight, and strategic planning capabilities, your goal is to enable our journey and rapid growth by supporting our teams, refining our work methodologies, and accelerating value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing solution delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, feedback, and mentorship to support their professional growth
  • Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs, collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives
  • Partner with leaders to set the strategy of the overall group and define the operating model
  • Establish trusted working relationships with business unit teams to understand their business objectives, develop improvement plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Organize insights and identify options to optimize the flow of work across multiple teams throughout the product development life cycle
  • Motivate and enable others to take accountability to streamline the product delivery process
  • Leverage data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate change initiatives within the organization to drive improvement opportunities to fruition
  • Lead the charge on building community, fostering inter-team collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager of varying seniority, including growing teams, and people development
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, change management, and agile and lean ways of working
  • Experience driving programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading teams of Program Managers who have done the same
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment in a distributed environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence change with cross-functional teams, senior executives, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in document management is preferred
