Head of Quality and Sustainability

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Head of Quality and Sustainability. In this strategic position, you will have a significant impact on our organization's quality standards and sustainability goals. You will be responsible for influencing senior leadership decisions, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence quality outcomes through effective decision-making in the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with global quality leaders to deploy best-in-class quality systems.
  • Develop and execute a quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain effective quality management systems (QMS) for the GCC region.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive quality improvements through operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish processes for quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance.
  • Champion a quality-centric culture fostering continuous learning and quality ownership.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing quality team mentoring and developing talent.
Sustainability & ESG Execution
  • Localize and drive our sustainability and ESG framework in India aligning with global priorities.
  • Compliance with Indian environmental regulations, standards, and ESG reporting norms.
  • Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable procurement at project sites.
  • Integrate sustainability into operations through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead reporting on sustainability performance for the India region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management, environment science, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in quality, sustainability, or EHS roles preferably across multiple industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Certified Quality Professional (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE/CQM/OE).
  • Demonstrated success in leading quality transformations and large teams.
