Financial Operations Specialist

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist involves the preparation and submission of invoices to customers, ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Invoice Delivery: Meet invoice delivery timelines by submitting invoices electronically or via customer invoicing websites.
  • Invoice Entry: Enter invoices into customer systems, accurately tracking and updating invoice submission status in Navision.
  • Supporting Documents: Ensure all supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices for transparency and audit purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and update SOPs for invoicing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Credit Control Support: Assist credit control teams in managing invoice collection and payment processes.

Additionally, this position entails reconciling self-billed cases with approved timesheets, handling invoice rejections and credit/rebills, and maintaining accurate records of invoicing processes. The Financial Operations Specialist will work closely with payroll and invoicing teams to ensure seamless operations.
