Market Growth Leader

The Regional Head of Equity Sales is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute plans to increase equity sales revenue, grow market share, and improve profitability.
  2. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets, providing guidance and support when needed.
  3. P&L Management: Oversee and manage the profit and loss for the region, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness.
  4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in equity sales, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.
  2. Qualifications: Graduation or MBA/CFA or relevant professional qualifications.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, sales, analytical, and communication skills.
