
Key Account Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Equity Relationship Manager to drive business growth and expand our network of high net worth individual (HNI) clients.
- Lead the acquisition and management of HNI clients for equity advisory and dealing services, focusing on achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business generation from new and existing clients, leveraging strong relationships and deep market knowledge.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional client service, identifying and addressing customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry in a similar function, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, products, and trading strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with top-end clients.
- Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory.
- Graduation or MBA degree, with a focus on finance or a related field.
