Job Title: Key Account ManagerThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in agency sales and account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Additional responsibilities include supporting new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations. Timely collection of payments and account profitability are also key areas of focus.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Hands-on agency sales/business development experience required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning essential.
