Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

This is a challenging role for an experienced accounting professional who wants to advance their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of our accounting team. This includes reviewing and approving financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • Reviewing and approving financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements\
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet business needs\
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings\
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations\
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge\
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and performance metrics
\

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field\
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role\
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
