The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in software development or performance testing and engineering, possessing a strong systems analysis background and proficiency in agile practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Engaging in the entire lifecycle of services, from inception to deployment, operation, and refinement.">
  • Supporting services before they go live through system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, and launch reviews.">
  • Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.">
  • Running continuous improvement activities to enhance service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.">
  • Collaborating with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the service.">
  • Implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes.">
  • Aligning with and improving change management and capacity planning processes.">
  • Monitoring manual effort levels and driving improvement through automation and stability.">
  • Proactively enhancing service availability, performance, and efficiency via the delivery of key initiatives.">
  • Identifying specific system information needed for incident response and post-mortems, and delivering root cause analysis.">
  • Contributing to a Scrum team to maintain a deep understanding of system functionality and architecture, focusing on operational aspects of the service.">
  • Ensuring Operational Excellence to facilitate improved NPS with customers and addressing specific operational needs and concerns.">
  • Developing and implementing performance engineering activities, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.">
  • Utilizing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, AppD, Grafana, Splunk, WebLogic, Oracle Databases, and Cloud-native services.">
