Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performance expert to join our team as a Performance Specialist.

About the Role

  • To design, develop, and execute performance test plans using advanced tools like Apache JMeter.
  • Develop custom scripts for complex performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Perform thorough testing and monitoring of applications in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement robust monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Excellent debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of other performance tools like LoadRunner, Gatling, or Locust.
  • Familiarity with application performance management (APM) tools.
