Senior Backend Developer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

About the Role
  • You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Architecting and optimizing application performance, scalability, and security are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Your expertise in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached) will be valuable in building efficient systems.
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments is an essential part of your responsibilities.
  • You will also conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex production issues are other critical tasks you will handle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • A strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang is vital for success in this role.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development is necessary.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra) is a must-have skill.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines is important.
