Role Overview

A highly skilled and experienced performance marketing expert is required to own and scale high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards, as well as hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across various channels, including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns relentlessly by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Test and analyze campaigns using structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive into data analysis to uncover insights and recommend next steps.

Requirements

  • A smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset, comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • A creative + analytical balance, able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
