Job description

  • We are looking for a seasoned High Performance Testing Specialist with 2-10 years of experience.
  • Mandatory Skills: Load Runner, Jmeter
  • Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MS

A day in the life of an IT professional

  • As part of our team, your primary role would be to actively aid in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
  • You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs.
  • You will create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • You will support configuring solution requirements on products; understand if any issues, diagnose root-causes of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
  • You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Detailed performance testing and quality assurance of software applications.
  2. Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools like Load Runner and Jmeter.
  3. Developing test cases and scripts to ensure seamless execution of tests.
  4. Analyzing test results and identifying areas of improvement.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
