Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing manual and automation testing.

You will develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts to ensure seamless integration with our development teams. Your expertise in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing will enable us to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

  • Perform manual and automation testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring product quality through thorough testing and analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts to support efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  • Identifying and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Validating networking-related features and ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

For this role, we require:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in QA, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
