Job Description:

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads accounts to achieve client goals. You'll analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, creating experiments to optimize performance.

You'll track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs. We'll also rely on your creativity in ideating ad creatives and video content. Additionally, you'll monitor monthly campaign spend and plan for upcoming months.

You'll lead client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates. Your collaboration with team members will ensure seamless execution using Slack and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights.
  • The ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
