  • Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with company policies.","
  • Monitor and control expenses related to procurement activities to minimize costs.","
  • Collaborate with site project management to minimize communication gaps between procurement department and end users.","
  • Provide regular financial project progress reports to management.","
  • Maintain a database of vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications :

  • A Graduate, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement.","
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process & Raw-Materials.","
  • Good Negotiations and Analytical skills.","
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & Analytics.
