Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead agile teams and drive successful project execution with a strong emphasis on Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team efficiency.
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution by streamlining processes and improving communication.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to motivate and empower teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is an asset.
