**Lead Architect Position**

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to manage client relationships and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts and maintain professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision to ensure design quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor junior designers/architects within the studio.
  • Contribute to business development and revenue generation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
