SAP Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to lead our end-to-end SAP project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and Agile frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and resource allocation as well as delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires excellent leadership and team management abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP project execution from planning to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Incident Management: Oversee SAP incident resolution processes ensuring timely and effective handling.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SAP lifecycle methodologies.
