Senior Software Development Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our software/application development projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
This role involves coordinating resources, managing projects effectively, setting clear objectives, defining targets, and delivering results within set timelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes and maintaining control over the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment of business goals with technical requirements.
- Assess and allocate resources for software development, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Estimate the effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
- Manage risks effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of project updates.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Agile certification is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
