What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Owning and delivering large-scale Node.js-based projects end-to-end.
  • Architecting, designing, and reviewing software components with a quality-first mindset.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to shape features and products.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and helping scale the engineering culture.
  • Contributing to technical decision-making and continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring smooth deployment and system reliability through CI/CD practices.
  • Guiding migration of legacy systems to modern stacks.
  • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), service-oriented architecture (SOA), and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Node.js and backend architecture.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to debug, profile, and optimize code for performance.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
