**Job Title:** Senior Software Implementation Lead

Overview: We seek a highly experienced professional to lead the implementation of software solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform thorough requirement analysis and create detailed software requirement specifications.
  • To coordinate with infrastructure teams to implement software systems according to requirements.
  • To design, develop and maintain high-quality software programs that meet system requirements and designs.
  • To propose modifications and improvements to existing systems, ensuring they remain aligned with business needs.
  • To evaluate systems and processes regularly, checking whether they conform to requirement specifications.
  • Responsible for creating and reviewing project documentation, including software development life cycle documents.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle OBP and OBMA products, with hands-on experience in implementing these technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.
