Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Operations Manager to join our team at BMC Software, Inc.
As a Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote partner support for the EMEA Partner Account Managers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting BMC Partner Managers with agreement reseller signup /renewals
- Entering BMC reseller agreement request details into internal systems (SFDC, ACR) for approval
- Obtaining contract countersignatures from appropriate teams
- Supporting partners on access to the various BMC sites, login issues, login access, etc. and training partners on BMC site layout and usage
- Demonstrating knowledge of BMC solutions in order to provide accurate license quotes in a timely manner
- Reviewing Partner Deal Registration leads in BMC's PRM system
- Driving revenue and close opportunities by providing operational support in conjunction with indirect sales channel partners.
- New Partner Onboarding Plan development and execution along with Channel Managers
- Managing Certification / badging for partners
- Follow-up on Partner reports submissions, like Forecast report, Partner Enablement tracker report, etc. and meeting deadlines, as per the geo requirements
- Updating SFDC, for any required updates
- Working with various internal and external teams involved in supporting partner transactions, including: VAR Partners, BMC Partner Managers, BMC Channel Operations, Order management etc.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in the fields of channel partner management
- Excellent fluency in English language, both written and verbal communications
- Ability to independently and effectively multitask in a dynamic matrix environment and participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead multiple efforts with stakeholders across the globe
