Job Title: Channel Development Manager

Company: Mahindra Rise

Job Purpose: To expand the reach of product offerings in the local market by building a channel network across the allocated area in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a part of extensive outreach to channel partners.
  • Creating a team of dedicated channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency, and integrity through them.
  • Developing strong cross-sales expertise through regional CPs.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH THE CHANNEL PARTNERS FOR LEAD GENERATION AND IDENTIFYING THE SUPPORT REQUIRED FOR THE SAME.
  • TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR THE SITE VISIT AND FOLLOWING UP TO CLOSE THE DEAL.
  • UPDATING CPs ABOUT THEIR LEADS & WALK-INS.
  • COORDINATING INTERNALLY FOR THE PAY-OUTS OF CPs IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • UPDATING THE CHANNEL PARTNER DETAILS ON SFDC ON A REGULAR BASIS.
  • BEING AWARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND CP OFFERINGS BY COMPETITORS.

Performance Measure of Success:

  • Individual Accountability: Number of walk-ins generated.
  • Number of new CPs activated & empaneled on SFDC.
  • Percentage of active CPs delivering business.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably MBA).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of work experience.
