We are seeking an experienced Utilities Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our utility systems.

About the Role

The Utilities Infrastructure Supervisor will oversee the operation and maintenance of our utility systems, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards. This includes planning and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

You will monitor utility equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems (Cooling Towers, Compressors, Pump House, ETP & STP etc.).
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
  • Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor utility equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies.
