OCI Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned OCI administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OCI infrastructure, including tenancies, virtual cloud networks (VCNs), compartments, and network layers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer OCI infrastructure with a focus on tenancy, VCNs, compartments, and network layers
  • Install, configure, migrate, tune, patch, administer, and monitor OCI systems
  • Design and implement Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and managing OCI infrastructure
  • Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as needed to ensure high availability of infrastructure
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
  • Configure and add new services as necessary
  • Provision storage, compute nodes, networks, and understand requirements for the same
  • Work with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage
  • Handle certificate renewals on OCI
  • Understand and implement HA architecture in an OCI environment
Requirements:
  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional (Mandatory)
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is required.
