Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring business continuity and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across IT infrastructure, covering end-user support, networking, servers, and IT systems, with a focus on proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks, to prevent potential issues.
  • Handle user requests and incidents via the IT helpdesk/ticketing system, providing timely resolutions and updates.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365, ensuring seamless access and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in IT projects, such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements, collaborating with vendors and external providers when necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms, with an ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
