Job Title: Talent Strategist

The role of a talent strategist is to develop and implement strategies that enhance the organization's human capital. This includes identifying areas where talent can be leveraged to drive business success, creating plans to acquire and retain top talent, and ensuring that the workforce has the skills and competencies needed to meet future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create people agenda that enables the business to achieve its objectives.
  • Work closely with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that influence lasting change in the business.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs that attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
  • Use data strategically to identify trends and make informed decisions about succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business and its people to ensure a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

Requirements:
  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • PREFERRED: MBA in HR or related field.
