Job Description:

This role involves overseeing various operational activities related to human resources. The primary responsibilities include executing critical invoice payments, resolving queries for payments on hold, and processing invoices within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Executing Invoice Payments: Create PR, PO, SRN in SAP for invoice processing, track payments with different approvers, and maintain MIS of all payments as per the Financial Year.
  2. Resolving Queries: Resolve queries for all payments on hold, resolve vendor queries, update payment status, share payment advice, and UTR number.
  3. Invoice Processing: Process non-PO invoices, employee expense invoices, consultant reimbursement bills, and Sodexo card distributions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, preferably with 5-7 years of experience in this field and 3-5 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is required.
