Role Overview

This is a full-time role for an HR Assistant located in Bengaluru. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and managing HR systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR department in maintaining employee records and administering benefits.
  • Manage HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assist in recruitment processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration.
  • Skills in organizing and coordinating Training sessions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
