About the Opportunity

This is a human resources development role within an organization that has expanded into AI, robotics, cloud computing, IT services, and web development. The team provides structured internship programs for students and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and screening candidates to identify suitable individuals.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new interns/employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Documenting feedback sessions to improve HR processes and provide actionable insights.
  • Fostering employee engagement and participating in team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • A solid understanding of HR concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
