**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR Management and Operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Prior experience in the manufacturing industry would be beneficial, as would a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
