We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong specialization in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner responsible for developing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent to support our company's expansion in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including professional networks, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Hiring Process Management:
  • Design and conduct effective screening and interview processes to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Oversee a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Manage pre-employment verification, background checks, and documentation.
  • Onboarding and Integration:
  • Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during their initial period.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations in Uttar Pradesh, particularly regarding hiring practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
