Job Summary:

We seek an experienced HR leader to head our Human Resources Operations function across the organization. This role will drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR Operations across the organization, including multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Take ownership of the Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • E nsure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Handle grievances, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutes
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations

Key Skills:

  • Experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution
  • Able to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details
  • Reporting experience to CXO/CHRO level leadership
