Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst role is responsible for managing daily cash flow across various project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and optimizing fund utilization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cash cycle by ensuring timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.
  • Facilitate the issuance of Capex Letters of Credit (LCs) and manage Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements to ensure efficient working capital management.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
  • Ensure proper records of advance payments and Performance Guarantees received from Vendors/ Bonds issued to third parties.
  • Manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuances, limit monitoring, and documentation to optimize treasury operations.
  • Oversee daily treasury accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead forex hedging activities and related bank documentation to minimize exchange rate risk.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters and maintain strong relationships to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Prepare monthly Treasury Management Information Systems (TMIS), including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • Support new project financing activities and loan documentation to drive business growth.
