About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This role will be pivotal in managing financial operations related to a critical compliance project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.
- Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems, perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
