Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
This role requires accuracy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments.
- Handle AR activities including billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Manage AR activities including billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR process (BPO/KPO or corporate background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
