About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our transformation efforts in Retail Assets and Liabilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to drive impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects related to transformation of Retail Assets and Liabilities functions across onboarding and servicing processes;
  • Apply the DMAIC methodology to identify business problems, improvement areas/opportunities, and resolve them;
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Ops/Risk/Compliance/Product/Sales channels/IT etc.) to drive projects from defining problem statements/opportunities to delivery;
  • Develop and implement proper governance and conduct regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure project progress;
  • Anchoring ongoing initiatives across the organization, providing regular updates to seniors;
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain regular governance to ensure projects stay on track, highlighting any issues that arise;
  • Provide input in designing strategic approaches to manage change and support operations within the domain of change management;
