Automation Transformation Lead

As an Automation Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the creation and scaling of automation capabilities to deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

This role will involve leading the development and implementation of automation strategies, processes, and technologies to transform manual, repetitive workflows into streamlined, high-value operations. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives and goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation, digital transformation, or IT program management, with experience in leading automation teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders. They will also have demonstrated expertise in RPA/Power Platform/Analytics implementation and be able to apply strong technical knowledge to evaluate multiple solution paths and select the one that delivers maximum value with minimum risk.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. They will be able to build and manage a team of automation developers & data analysts, promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, and upskill ISSC teams on automation tools and frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing automation strategies, processes, and technologies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Leading the development and implementation of automation solutions to transform manual, repetitive workflows into streamlined, high-value operations
  • Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives and goals
  • Managing and developing a team of automation developers & data analysts
  • Upskilling ISSC teams on automation tools and frameworks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or IT program management
  • At least 3 years of experience in RPA/Power Platform/Analytics implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading automation teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering transformation initiatives
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation tools, platforms, and vendors
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills

Education:

Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
