Job Overview:
The role of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) involves acting as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human resources practices with business goals to drive organizational performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic human resources input to support the achievement of business outcomes.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Talent Management: Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs and ensure the development of future leaders.
- Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, focusing on creating a workplace culture that values employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that human resources practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining a strong compliance framework.
- Change Management: Collaborate with business teams to implement organizational changes effectively and efficiently, minimizing disruption and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and work with learning and development teams to implement development programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data to generate insights and inform human resources decisions related to attrition, productivity, and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA with a focus on HR is preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant human resources experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role, with expertise in stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organization is highly valued.
- Proficiency in human resources information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools.
