Position Overview
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Lever, track candidate status and feedback throughout the hiring process, and support data hygiene and integrity efforts across the system.
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports and dashboards, providing insights into recruiting pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and candidate stage tracking.

This role requires prior experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS), specifically Lever, and comfort with U.S. East Coast hours. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
