Job Overview:

We are seeking a Property Analyst with expertise in evaluating property investment opportunities to join our team.

This is a remote, full-time role where you will be responsible for analyzing residential and commercial property deals with precision and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze property deals to determine their feasibility
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents
  • Calculate key financial metrics such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Maintain and use deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline your work
  • Produce written summaries of your analysis, including go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work
  • Take ownership of your analysis – your findings matter
  • Listen to feedback and continuously improve your skills
  • Update property information in CRM systems accurately

  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand key terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
