Investment Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for underwriting and locating investment opportunities, managing high-impact projects, and collaborating with personnel.

Job Overview:

The role involves utilizing market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price for single-family assets. You will also participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking the assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle.

You will need to understand market nuances and apply them in underwriting, as well as communicate effectively with internal and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite and locate investment opportunities using market data.
  • Participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle.
  • Apply market knowledge to underwrite properties accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; specialty focus in Real Estate or Finance a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate-related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Candidate should be detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while delivering a high-quality product under tight time constraints.
