We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Administrative Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that visitors have a positive experience.
- Provide warm welcomes to visitors and guide them throughout the office premise.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including call distribution.
- Maintain and update records and databases, including telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts.
- Perform general administrative activities and other support tasks as required.
- Contribute to the monthly management report for the clients.
