This is a role for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and our organization, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and fairly.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide assistance and support.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements and quality improvements.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless communication throughout the complaint resolution process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Knowledge of banking operations and industry regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
