Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release, and inventory management
  • Collaborating with field sales, inside sales, IS, quote specialist, marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Handling customer returns and order management, including sales order entry and sales order maintenance
  • Ensuring timely delivery and processing RMA requests

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics components industry
  • Expertise in order management, AR process, RMA process, and inventory management
  • Basic understanding of international trade practices and warehouse procedures

Skills

As a customer service specialist, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively
  • Advanced computer proficiency level
  • Service-oriented attitude and proven team player skills
