Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support shareholders in buying and selling shares according to established procedures and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails from Shareholders, and provide assistance within agreed service standards.
  • Facilitate the buying or selling of shares within the stipulated timeframe and service standards.
  • Refer basic queries to senior colleagues where necessary.
  • Contribute to the completion of team tasks and workload.
  • Engage in ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement within the operational team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone and interpersonal skills along with active listening.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including US time zones.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Maintain high accuracy, quality, volume, and service level targets.
