Customer Support Associate Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revert on chats written by customers on a variety of issues.
  • Present and sell company services to current and potential customers.
  • Update and process information accurately into the system.
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership and deliver on customer commitments.
  • Liaise with others within the process in the event where a customer query cannot be resolved at first point of contact.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum SSC/10th passed.
  • Fresher or experienced with minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO-related industry.
Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in computer software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer. Strong typing skills and good written English communication are essential for this role.
