Exceptional Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in delivering exceptional customer support services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling client queries on orders, trades, and accounts via calls, emails, and chat.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and clear information to resolve issues.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and onboarding processes.
- Provide real-time support for trading platform issues (equity, F&O, commodities, currency).
- Educate clients on product features and platform navigation.
- Maintain proper records of all client interactions and close queries within SLAs.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support in a broking/trading firm (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., NEST, ODIN, NOW, Kite, Upstox, Angel One).
- Understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and order types.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional language a plus).
