About the Job

We are looking for a skilled professional to support all transactional tasks of our Order-to-Cash Process. This plays a key role in our business success, supporting our Customer Service Organization and intercompany business in the background.

Responsibilities
  1. To deliver an exceptional customer experience: As a customer-facing function, we ensure that each customer turns into a promoter of our company by fulfilling their demanding nature and exceeding their expectations.
  2. Creating a network with support functions and acting in accordance with our values to meet our objective of delivering an exceptional customer experience (ECE).
  3. Delivering swift results to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management - Enter customer purchase orders into our order management system.
  • Quotations - Receive and generate standard quotes using our SAP System.
  • Backlog Management/Order Changes - Manage customer requests for better delivery dates and make changes to existing sales orders in our SAP System.
  • Returns - Receive return requests and generate RE Orders in the system.
Requirements
  • Education: Any Graduate (10+2+3)
  • Candidate-centric approach
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Order Management
  • Flexible with Shifts and Hybrid model
  • Excellent communication skills
  • SAP, SFDC added advantage
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to learn quickly
