We are seeking an accomplished Customer Experience Executive to lead our customer support initiatives.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Respond promptly to customer queries, providing quality assistance and ensuring seamless interactions.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build trust with customers by actively listening to their needs and guiding them through product features that make a difference.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Dive into problem-solving, analyzing product issues and reporting on scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
- Maintain Knowledge Base: Regularly update internal systems with valuable insights from technical issues and customer conversations.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Share feature requests and workarounds with the team to drive product evolution.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep customers informed about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
- Ensure Resolution: Follow up with customers to ensure everything runs smoothly on their end.
- Capture Customer Voice: Collect feedback directly from customers and share insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a customer-facing role. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Support Versatility: Handle various channels such as calls, chats, and emails, requiring flexibility.
- Customer-Centric Approach: We prioritize our customers, and you should too.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus, especially if you have experience with CRM systems.
- Communication Pro: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
